my first was vacuum assisted because he was stubborn as hell and still is. He’s 12 and perfectly normal. Atleast everyone tells me that a normal 12 year old boy can be butt-hole…..lol but he’s fine physically and mentally, just loves to drive nuts.

Hi Please dont worry unduely. Vacuum assisted delivery is less traumatic than many forcep deliveries and most women have no problems afterwards. In fact I have not personally come across any as yet. I have delivered hundreds of women who have previously had vacuum assis deliveries.
Please dont worry. You only read about the ones who have problems as the others have nothing to write about as all is well.

I had a vaccum assisted delivery with my 15 month old, and he has had no side effects at all. After pushing for 3 hours and him not moving anywhere, it was either a vaccum or a c-section. I’m glad I had the vaccum! Don’t worry so much

hello, my third child now about to turn two was vacuumed out because they gave me too much epidiral and i couldnt tell if i was pushing, the only side affect she had this day is the back of her head is flat, i am glad she has longer hair now to cover it up, but dont worry, doctoes wouldnt of invented it if they knew it was harmful.
